OSCAR Campus CRM is published by the Idecom Group, a specialist in the communication of educational institutions since 1983.

It was at the beginning of the 2000s, following the digitalisation of communication and the increase in competition within the RSE sector, that the management of the Idecom Group made an observation: seeking more and more leads is one thing, but it is necessary to offer schools solutions to improve the rate of transformation of their prospects into enrolments and thus professionalise their recruitment.

In 2005, the OSCAR Campus CRM project began with the support of several schools, thus favouring a business approach from the outset, both in the development of the product and in the definition of the implementation and monitoring process.
The CRM software dedicated to higher education was created in 2007, a true precursor of the development of EdTechs in France.
