The health crisis has completely changed the organisation of general assembly or board meetings.

Even if it is now possible to organise a general assembly remotely, associations must be adaptable and equip themselves with the appropriate tools to carry out these events necessary to the life of their organisation.

The voting module is therefore an essential tool for these 2.0 meetings!

LET YOUR MEMBERS EXPRESS THEMSELVES IN ONE CLICK WITH THE VOTING MODULE!

The voting module is very effective at engaging your community! From the back office, you can define your candidate list, your voting group, the list of resolutions to be voted on and set the voting period.

It is also possible to manage online proxies, set a maximum number of proxies allocated, and allow as many different votes as proxies collected. Your members will be invited to vote via an alert message in their private area.

Once the votes are registered, 2 administrators will be able to unlock the votes with their password and access the results securely!

IN 2020, 70 VOTES WERE HELD ON ALL OUR PLATFORMS!

“We organised our Ordinary General Meeting remotely on 13/01/2021, so it was essential to have a tool to participate in the voting of the different resolutions. The voting module is integrated into the Netanswer solution and allows our members to vote directly from their private space.
The votes are counted automatically which allowed us to access the votes and the various statistics to announce the results to the participants. “On 12/11/2020 the annual General Assembly of Alumni EM Normandie was held. The health context forced us to organise this event remotely and we really needed a tool capable of collecting votes from participants.
We decided to implement the Netanswer voting module and had a specific development done to be able to manage proxies online, define a maximum number of proxies allocated, and allow as many different votes as proxies collected. The voting module and these developments were a real advantage for the organisation and maintenance of this meeting and allowed us to record a 67% participation rate!”
